TMP. was established at the end of 2017, commenced its activities in 2018. The company provides diverse and specialized services to banks and non-bank financial institutions in addition to universities and the public by providing advanced training programs as well as banking advisory services in accordance with international standards and guidelines, in addition to building capabilities and raising the efficiency of employees in confronting different challenges and crises internally or externally.
The company has full executive capabilities in preparing feasibility studies for establishing banks and opening branches of foreign banks in Iraq, while drawing a road map for its work and fully supervising it, in addition setting up business strategies and investment management, while creating the necessary infrastructure on which banks rely in managing their operational banking activities.
The company also has special professional expertise and capabilities in supporting deposit insurance systems (DIS)and their operational mechanism based on the International Core Principles and its Essential Criteria, as well as providing the specialized and professional advices, full supervision, training the staff working in the insurance systems, in addition to stand with the DIS. To join in membership of (International Association of Deposit Insurers) in Switzerland.

Iraqi nationality, was born in Baghdad, Education background post graduate degrees in Banks Management, founder of the Banking Risk Management Department in Central Bank, also ha d experience in Islamic Banking management. Setting banks’ strategies for investment and risk management, as well as implementing and managing the infrastructure for bank treasury operations and managing the bank treasury activities with investing the surplus liquidity .
He obtained long-term experience and practice for more than (40) years at the local and global levels in the following fields:
- International banking services and management of the central bank’s foreign reserves.
- Managing global and financial markets operations.
- Authorized formerly to deal in the international financial markets by Reuters (Refinitiv recently) as well as Bloomberg Agency.
- Specialized in trading precious metals and trading especially with gold.
- Expert in the operational activities of the Deposit Insurance System(DIS), as well as compliance with and Core principles (C.Ps.) with the standards and guidelines issued by the International Association for Deposit Insurance (IADI)-Switzerland.
- Setting & Managed the negotiations for establishing banking relationships , foreign reserves, professionally, along with drafting account opening contracts and its banking arrangements.
- Regulating employment contracts in international trade between the parties concerned, as well as what is related to the sources of financing necessary to conclude deals of the strategic projects by managing specialized negotiations and discussions with the related counter parties, the most important of which are as follows:
o International Monetary Fund work teams.
o European Central Banks.
o international organizations (Bank for International Settlements – Basel).
o Islamic Development Bank.
o Through participates in the international events and conferences.
He worked in senior positions with:
- A.GM – Central Bank of Iraq – Foreign Reserves Management (26 years).
- CEO – Private banks (5) years.
- Advisor to the Board of Directors for investment affairs and the international membership file. (Working for 4 years – ongoing until now).
- lecturer -Foreign University abroad -in the American financial accounting courses in English.
- Advisor to the Board of Directors British -Gulf Joint Venture company for banking, financial and industrial affairs.
